Cross Platform designed and built the website for Five28, a Lagos-based interior design and property development studio.
The site brings all four sides of the business, interior design, renovation, property and the Five28 Design Academy, together under one polished digital presence.
Visit the live siteFive28 does far more than interiors. They design residential, corporate and commercial spaces, including the first innovation lab in WEMA Bank’s 79-year history, remodel old properties, develop and manage real estate in Ikoyi, and run an 8-week academy training the next generation of designers. Each part of the business has its own audience: homeowners, corporate clients, property buyers and aspiring designers. Five28 needed a website that showcased the quality of their work for a design-conscious audience while giving each service its own clear space, without the brand feeling scattered.
The website opens with a full-width banner carousel of Five28’s spaces under their “Live by Design” message, then introduces each arm of the business with its own path in. Interior design and renovation each have dedicated sections, and a filterable project gallery lets visitors browse by category, from residential projects to commercial work like WEMA Bank’s IDEAx Lab and Charter House. Five28 Properties has its own page for their real estate in Ikoyi, and the Design Academy gets a full landing page with its own logo, covering the programme, who it’s for, the learning format, certification, a photo gallery and student testimonials. A team page introduces the people behind the studio, client testimonials build trust, and a floating WhatsApp button lets visitors start an enquiry from any page. Projects are managed from the back end, so the team can add new work as it’s completed. The site is fully responsive and optimised for search, with tailored page titles and descriptions for each section.
Five28 now has a website that presents a multi-service business as one confident brand. Corporate clients can see proof of high-profile work, homeowners can browse by the kind of project they need, and aspiring designers have a dedicated home for the academy, so every visitor finds their way in quickly. The site supports Five28’s growth from an interior studio into a full design, property and education company.
