Cross Platform partnered with Joyworth Properties (JPRED), an Ibadan-based property developer, on a full brand and digital build.
We designed their logo and brand identity, then designed and developed their website from the ground up, giving a company that builds premium homes a presence that looks and feels as considered as its developments.
Visit the live siteJoyworth was growing fast, with completed projects, developments underway and joint ventures across Ibadan and Lagos, and an ambition to build 100 smart homes by 2035. But in real estate, buyers and investors judge a developer’s quality long before they see a property in person. Joyworth needed a brand that could stand next to international developers, and a website that could do two jobs at once: showcase luxury homes to buyers and build confidence with the investors financing them.
We created a visual identity built around what Joyworth stands for: modern, quality-driven African living. The logo and brand system needed to read as premium and trustworthy without feeling distant, matching a company whose homes are pitched as affordable, lovable and comfortable as much as luxurious. The result is a clean, confident identity that works across dark and light surfaces, from the website header to social media to on-site signage, and gives every Joyworth touchpoint a consistent look.
The website is designed to let the properties sell themselves. Visitors land on a full-screen video of a Joyworth development, with a clear call to talk to the team or explore their work. Each development, from Doji in Akobo to Dwellora in Carlton Gate and Scale-X in Ibeju-Lekki, gets its own page with photography, location, standout amenities shown as icons (smart home technology, swimming pools, roof terraces) and nearby landmarks. The About page tells the company’s story, mission and vision, with live project stats and a profile of the CEO. Client and investor testimonials build trust, and every page ends with an enquiry form plus direct WhatsApp, phone and email contact, so a curious visitor is never more than a tap away from becoming a lead. The whole site is fully responsive and optimised for search and social sharing.
Joyworth now has a brand and website that match the quality of the homes they build. They can present their portfolio professionally to buyers and investors anywhere, turn site visits into direct conversations through WhatsApp and the enquiry form, and keep adding new developments as they launch. The site gives them a credible platform to support their next stage of growth.
